This year’s Parent/Guardian Survey is now live! The survey helps us to see what’s working and where we can improve to better support student success. Your voice matters, and every year we make changes based on what families share. This year’s survey is available in over 10 languages, and anonymous for the first time. Plus, if you complete a survey, you can be entered to win gift cards and SDoL swag!
A few notes before you start the survey:
- The survey should take about 10 minutes.
- This year’s survey is anonymous, no personalized code is required.
- If you have children attending multiple schools, please complete the survey for one school only and respond with that school in mind.
- At the end of the survey, you may choose to share your name, phone number, and student name to enter a raffle for SDoL swag and gift cards! This information will be removed before results are reviewed, so your answers stay anonymous.
