The School District of Lancaster understands that families face challenges outside of school that can interfere with a child’s academic progress. That’s why we offer a host of wraparound services, from counselors and social workers to free meals and healthcare. The goal of all of these supports is to help students navigate life outside of school so they can do their very best in the classroom.
School counselors in SDoL are certified/licensed educators uniquely qualified to address the developmental needs of students through a school counseling program that addresses the academic, career, and social/emotional development of all students.
All enrolled students in the School District of Lancaster, regardless of income level, are eligible to receive a healthy school breakfast and school lunch at no charge each day. Visit the Food Services website for nutrition information, dietary restrictions and menus.
