The School District of Lancaster Board of School Directors consists of nine members who are each elected to a four-year term of office. Board members serve without compensation and have the primary task of formulating and evaluating all policies necessary for the operation of the school district.
The Board of School Directors meetings are scheduled the first, second and third Tuesday of each month; however, occasionally there are exceptions. Each regular business meeting is advertised on this site and in the legal section of the local newspapers.
Residents may address the Board during the time set aside for public comment at the regular business meetings. Additional matters of concern may be brought to the attention of the board using the form below.
