Annual Comprehensive Financial Reports

In order to be awarded a Certificate of Excellence and/or a Certificate of Achievement, a governmental unit must publish an easily readable and efficiently organized annual comprehensive financial report (AFCR) whose contents conform to each of the program’s standards. This report must satisfy both generally accepted accounting principles and applicable legal requirements. SDoL’s AFCRs are available below, dating back to 2019.
