Student Records

Former students may request a copy of their high school transcript by completing the form below.

A $5.00 fee is required for each request. The fee may be paid by cash or money order made payable to the School District of Lancaster. Within two business days, an official copy of the transcript will be mailed directly to the College/School/Employer whose address is furnished on the form.

Only unofficial copies will be mailed to an individual’s residence.

  • GED Request

    All Pennsylvania high school equivalency diplomas and transcripts for the GED test are handled by Diploma Sender. Diploma Sender contact by phone is 855-313-5799. For GED Questions, contact ra-edhse@pa.gov.

  • Duplicate Diploma Request Form

    Download the Duplicate Diploma Request Form. A $20.00 fee is required at the time of the request for each copy. An additional $5.00 for postage is required to mail a duplicate diploma. Please allow up to thirty (30) business days of receipt for processing.

  • Graduation/Diploma Verifications

    The School District of Lancaster has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide diploma verifications for employers, background screening firms, and the military. If you have a DiplomaVerify account, please log in at diplomaverify.org to fulfill your request. If you do not have a DiplomaVerify account, please visit diplomaverify.org to request access to DiplomaVerify.
