Attollo Recruit: A College-Access and Leadership Development Program

High school juniors (in this case rising seniors) are selected by their administrators and guidance counselors to become Recruits. Attollo Recruit is an intense 2-week course that begins at 8:30 AM, four days a week. Recruits are taught how to solve the Rubik’s Cube in less than 90 seconds, as well as the Attollo Pillars of Success. The theory behind the Rubik’s Cube and the 8:30 AM start is to prove that students can achieve any goal and overcome difficult challenges with a growth mindset and positive attitude.
