Crochet to Cartoons

We’ll be learning how to crochet a market tote bag and basket, while watching age-appropriate cartoons.

Day 2: Beginning Work
Review of stitches
Starting base of tote bag
Learning how to undo stitches for correction purposes
Day 3:
Continuing tote bag
Continuing to familiarize ourselves with the fundamental stitches
Day 4:
Finishing up body of tote bag
Making straps for the tote bag
Learning how to “finish” the final product
Day 5:
Tearing up old tshirts/cotton for large gauge crochet yarn
Starting base of our basket
Day 6:
Finishing up basket
Day 7:
Field trip to Creative Reuse
