Focus Group: LGBTQ+ Staff – Equity Opportunity Review

The School District of Lancaster is undergoing an equity opportunity review to identify ways to ensure its policies, practices, and outcomes are more equitable for all students and staff.

In addition to reviewing data and survey results, the plan will benefit from hearing thoughts and experiences from students, staff, and families. You are invited to participate in focus groups based on how you identify as an individual. Please register at the link below.
