Storytime/Creative Playtime

Rising K5 and 1st grade students will receive breakfast to eat in the classroom. We will have a Morning Meeting, with a song or Go Noodle. A friendship or future pathways book will be read to the students. A discussion and a craft will follow to retell the story. Students will have recess and a snack. Students will have creative playtime with play dough and tools, chalk, watercolors, building blocks, Jenga and board games, markers with paper to draw, and colored pencils and crayons with large Melissa & Doug coloring books. There will be clean up and a circle at the end of the day for a cool down.
