In partnership with the Fulton Theatre, we had the honor of helping bring a little holiday magic—not only to the stage but to the hearts of one special family.
Makenzie Heiny thought she’d won tickets to the theater, but the real show came after the curtain call, when her brother, Army Spc. Nicholas Carrion, stepped onto the stage after five years apart. In a moment filled with tears and joy, this McCaskey High School grad reminded us all of the power of family and love. “All I’ve ever wanted is to have my children together,” their mom shared.
Moments like this are what make the season truly special. Thank you to Nicholas for your service and to the Fulton for helping us make memories that will last a lifetime.
From all of us at School District of Lancaster and the Fulton Theatre, Happy Holidays!
