
Lancaster, PA – The McCaskey Alumni Association proudly announced the appointment of F. David Foulk as its new Director. A Lancaster native and a 1986 graduate of J.P. McCaskey High School, Foulk brings a wealth of experience in the non-profit sector and a deep-rooted commitment to the local community.
Foulk’s educational journey includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communication and Writing from Ithaca College, followed by a M.Ed. in English with secondary teaching certification from Millersville University. His diverse professional background encompasses various leadership roles, notably serving as the Adult Education Coordinator for the Crispus Attucks Community Center and as Director of Development and Communications at the YWCA of Lancaster.
Moreover, Foulk has lent his expertise to cultural and historical preservation efforts in the region, having served as Director of Institutional Gifts at the Fulton Opera House and Director of Development at the Historic Preservation Trust of Lancaster County. His contributions extended beyond the non-profit sector, as he also delved into residential real estate with Berkshire Hathaway Homesale brokerage.
Notably, Foulk’s dedication to community service shines through his longstanding membership and board involvement with the Rotary Club of Lancaster. His multifaceted background and unwavering commitment to Lancaster’s well-being position him as an ideal candidate to lead the McCaskey Alumni Association.
