The School District of Lancaster is undergoing an equity opportunity review to identify ways to ensure its policies, practices, and outcomes are more equitable for all students and staff.
In addition to reviewing data and meeting with key focus groups, the plan will benefit from hearing thoughts and experiences from families and caregivers

This survey is designed to gather information from school staff about their experiences, beliefs, and, where applicable, their practices.
There are 38 questions, broken into three sections:
- Personal demographic information
- Statements for which you indicate your level of agreement or disagreement
- Open-ended questions for additional feedback
All information collected will be kept confidential and used to improve the district’s and school’s approach to equity.
