
McCaskey’s ECHO yearbook featured in JostensLook Book 2025
McCaskey High School’s yearbook, The ECHO, has been recognized for excellence and featured in the JostensLook Book 2025,celebrating the best-of-the-best in yearbook design and inclusivity.TheJostensLook Bookis a collection of outstanding yearbooks and their creative themes, cool covers, beautiful designs, relevant coverage of school events, meaningful storytelling, and stunning photography. Along with design excellence, the annually publishedLook Bookhonors the work of the students who create the yearbook over the course of 6-12 months. Through it, they chronicle the experiences, stories, and achievements most relevant to students and that academic year.
The 2024 ECHO was created by editors Jenny Ward (‘26) and Yani Rodriguez (‘25), and staff members Elicia Austin (’27), Lindsay Bisignati (’27), Jillian Mills (’27), Ruby Proud (’27), and Ruby Proud (’27), under the direction of Gabrielle Mappone, the ECHO yearbook adviser. It was chosen for our unique idea, quotes, and use of color.
“Our yearbook staff is a small but incredibly dedicated group of students who pour their time, creativity, and passion into every page. Being selected for Jostens’ Look Book is an incredible honor and a testament to their hard work. This recognition reflects the countless hours spent designing, writing, and capturing the memories that make our school special. We are so proud of our team and grateful for this opportunity to showcase their talent on a national level,” said Mappone who has been the adviser since 2020.
This is the second year in a row that the ECHO has received this honor.
