Each year we celebrate the founding of our Fraternity, on the campus of Howard University in Washington DC, on November 17th 1911. During this week we conduct various social programs, recognize high achievement in academics and citizenship and recognize our own Brothers who have made significant contributions to the Chapter over the past year. the history of our Achievement Week can be traced back to our own Brother Dr. Carter G. Woodson who grew our week into Negro History Week that evolved into Black History Month. It is a proud tradition in Omega that has benefitted our Nation.
