Our district is participating in an equity opportunity review to identify ways to ensure our policies, practices, and outcomes are more equitable for all students and adults. In addition to reviewing data and surveying groups of students and staff, our partners at Insight Education Group would like the opportunity to discuss issues of equity in greater detail with small groups. This important information will be used to create an equity plan that improves experiences for all students and adults in the district.
In addition to reviewing data and survey results, the plan will benefit from hearing thoughts and experiences from students, staff, and families. You are invited to participate in focus groups based on how you identify as an individual.
Refreshments, Spanish translation services, and child care services will be available for all evening sessions.
All groups will be held at the Scheffey Professional Learning Center following this schedule:
