This week’s staff shoutout goes to Jessica Nealon, Instructional Coach, at Fulton Elementary School. With a decade of service in our district and 20 years in education, Jessica has truly made her mark!
Jessica’s favorite part of her job is the opportunity to connect with both educators and learners. She thrives on collaboration, working side-by-side with teachers and students across grade levels and creating an environment where everyone can grow and succeed. Her passion for fostering a supportive culture is evident in everything she does.
What Jessica loves most about working at SDoL is the close-knit Fulton family. She believes that our community encourages learning, growth, and engagement, motivating her to make a positive impact on the lives of diverse students every day. This year, she celebrated a notable achievement with her colleagues by supporting Fulton in achieving growth in all three PSSA subject areas.
Jessica is a graduate of Kutztown University of Pennsylvania, Penn State University, and Holy Family University.
Outside of her coaching duties, Jessica is known for her love of baking! She enjoys sharing tasty treats at meetings and professional development sessions, bringing a little sweetness to her school community. Jessica also has a passion for travel, having spent two summers teaching at a school in India.
A colleague said, “Jessica Nealon truly embodies the School District of Lancaster’s mission by fostering academic excellence and a supportive culture across Fulton Elementary. She is instrumental in driving positive growth and progress within our school community. Her commitment and passion have made a significant impact, creating a more collaborative and empowered environment for both educators and students alike.”
Jessica, thank you for embodying the SDoL value of Collaboration and for all you do to make Fulton and SDoL stronger each day!
