At the School District of Lancaster, we believe that strong schools are built on strong relationships. That’s why we’re excited to share that Wheatland Middle School will host a summer Open House on Wednesday, July 23 from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m., organized by our Family Teacher Organization (FTO).
This special evening is designed to welcome new students and their families into the Wheatland community. Whether you’re stepping into middle school for the first time or transferring from another district, this Open House offers a relaxed and meaningful opportunity to visit the school, connect with teachers and staff, and meet other families who will be part of your child’s journey.
Wheatland’s team is committed to building a safe, supportive environment where every student can learn, grow, and thrive and it all begins with relationships. During the Open House, attendees will have a chance to explore the building, ask questions, and enjoy light refreshments together. These early connections often ease first-day jitters and lay the foundation for a strong start to the school year.
We’re grateful to our Family Teacher Organization for bringing this event to life and for their continued efforts to build bridges between home and school.
We hope to see you on July 23!
