Welcome to the School District of Lancaster! If you are a new Student Services Partner (including Behavioral Health staff, School-Based Therapy providers, Check & Connect, Occupational Therapists, SBHC Staff, Private Duty Nurses, etc.) looking to serve students in our district, please complete the required form. This form must be submitted in full at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled meeting with a student. Once your submission is approved, you will receive an email notification with next steps.
