School District of Lancaster Bids and Requests for Proposals (RFP’s) will only be available online, posted to this page. Supply Bids (General, Medical, Art, Athletic, Custodial, and Cafeteria) require submission through Vendor Self Service. If you are a new vendor to the School District of Lancaster, please register for an account through Vendor Self Service. If you are unsure if you already have an account, please reach out to Drew Schenk providing the name and EIN of your organization to receive confirmation of your registration status.

    The School District of Lancaster (“the District”) is requesting proposals based on qualifications pertaining to an energy savings and facilities improvement program from interested qualified energy services companies (ESCOs). The proposal is designed to identify a qualified company to implement capital improvements to reduce energy and operational costs in facilities and infrastructure such that annual cost savings are applied to annual payments for improvements. The project scope shall conform to the Act 57 of 1998, 61 Pa. C.S. §3751-3757 (“ACT 57”) as amended under Act 77 of 2004, Act 39 of 2010 and Act 163 of 2016.

  • Construction of a New Burrowes Elementary School

    The School District of Lancaster will accept sealed proposals for constructing the New Burrowes Elementary School. Sealed proposals will be received at the Facilities Office, Scheffey Building, 1020 Lehigh Ave, Lancaster, PA 17602, until March 5, 2024, 1:00 pm, local time; bid opening to follow at 1:30 pm, local time. A pre-bid meeting will be held at 1001 E. Orange St, Lancaster, PA 17602, at 2:00 pm, local time, February 14, 2024. Electronic bid documents may be obtained on or after February 2, 2024 by contacting the Architect. Documents will be provided to prime bidders only; only complete sets of documents will be issued.
