The City of Lancaster and its community partners have arranged for the following comfort stations to open for City residents impacted by the ongoing electrical outage due to the recent storms:
- Tec Centro Southwest – 57 Laurel Street
Monday–Friday, 10 a.m.–4 p.m
Water available to visitors - YMCA Center City Branch – 265 Harrisburg Avenue
Front lobby available Monday-Friday, 10 a.m.–4 p.m
Water available to visitors
In addition, the following community resources are operating under their normal operations:
- Crispus Attucks Community Center – 407 Howard Avenue
Community Meal operating Tuesday & Thursday 12 p.m.–1 p.m. - Lancaster Neighborhood Senior Center – 33 E. Farnum Street
Monday–Friday 7:30 a.m.1 p.m. - Lancaster Rec Senior Center – 525 Fairview Avenue
Monday–Friday 8:30 a.m.-3 p.m.

If you become aware of storm damage in your neighborhoods, please remind residents that all damage reports should be submitted through Fix It! Lancaster and categorize as “Storm Damage”. This helps ensure issues are logged and addressed as quickly and efficiently as possible.
