The School District of Lancaster provides free physicals to student-athletes in the incoming grades 7-12 who plan to participate in sports during the school year.
Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just starting your journey, this is your chance to check off a key requirement for FREE!

Time: 3:15 – 7:00 p.m.
To ensure a smooth process, please note the following:
- Completed Paperwork: Sections 1-5 of the PIAA physical paperwork must be completed prior to arrival. Section 5 (Health History) must include a parent/guardian signature.
- Appointments: Reserve your spot by scanning the QR code on the flyer to sign up through Sign-Up Genius. While walk-ins will be accepted until 6:40 PM, those with appointments will receive priority.

Transportation Information
