Next Week’s Schedule
As a reminder, next week’s schedule is as follows:
- Wednesday, Nov. 10 – early dismissal
- Thursday, Nov. 11 – no school/parent-teacher conferences
- Friday, Nov. 12 – no school/parent-teacher conferences
Make sure you sign up for a conference time on either Nov. 11 or 12 if you have not already!
Important – Parent Teacher Conference Info
When you arrive for conferences, please sign in at the front office and receive a badge. Report cards will be handed out at your child’s conference.
Morning Drop-off
To ensure proper supervision in the morning, students may enter the building for breakfast only at 8:15. Doors open for all other students at 8:30 a.m. Please make note of these times, especially with cold weather arriving. We do not want students to wait outside until doors open.
Vaccines for Children
This week the CDC approved COVID-19 vaccination for children 5-11 years of age. We encourage you to speak with your child’s doctor about this vaccine. We are working with our local healthcare partners to offer the COVID-19 vaccine for students of all ages in the coming weeks at each school. Parental presence will be a requirement. More details to follow.
Blanket Bingo – Nov. 6!
Join us for Blanket Bingo outside our school on Saturday, Nov. 6. Prizes, snacks and fun! Students in Pre-K thru Grade 2 from 1:30-2:30 p.m. and students in grades 3-5 from 3-4 p.m. All are welcome, and free to SWE families. All children must be accompanied by an adult. More info below!
