Data, Research, & Assessment

At School District of Lancaster we are committed to using data to ensure success. We use a variety of different data points to identify the best ways to support students in their education and beyond. Assessments act as helpful tools to monitor progress and ensure students are on track for success. This section of the website provides resources you can access to better understand our district, schools, and students. Questions? Contact Director of Data Analytics Jeremy Raff at jtraff@sdlancaster.org. Looking for your student’s individual data? Our Work

The Office of Data Analytics is the key driver of data reporting, data infrastructure, research, and analysis for School District of Lancaster. Our department’s value proposition is fourfold:

  • Systems and procedures to ensure data quality
  • Analysis and research to measure effectiveness of SDoL-provided service and programs
  • Transparent reporting of data and insights to both government agencies and our local community
  • Tools, resources, and training to measure how departments use, track, and analyze data effectively

The Office of Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment coordinates the implementation of all assessments within School District of Lancaster.
