Healthy Roster

We are implementing a new health records system for athletes in grades 7-12, called Healthy Roster. Healthy Roster is a FREE mobile app or website connecting SDoL Parents, Guardians, and coaches to one of our Sports Medicine staff.

Help is one tap away!

When your athlete is injured playing sports, help is one tap away! Healthy Roster Mobile App Includes:

  • Access to a certified athletic trainer via chat, voice, or video
  • Injury tracking and updates
  • Electronic Physical completion and access
  • Guardian & parent accounts
  • One account for multiple children
  • HIPAA Compliant – Safe & Secure!

This is the preferred method of communication between the Athletic Trainer and the coaching staff concerning injuries. Please join if you would like to be a part of that communication.
