All children who will be 4 years of age on or before September 1, 2024 and reside in Lancaster City or Lancaster Township are eligible to apply for pre-kindergarten for the 2024-2025 school year. Welcome to Washington Elementary School! At Washington, we strive to provide high quality and innovative instruction to ensure every child has equitable opportunities for positive outcomes leaving elementary school. We are a Full Service Community School in partnership with the Boys and Girls Club of Lancaster.  As a community school, we strive to be the hub of the neighborhood – uniting families, educators and community partners to provide students with a high quality education, enrichment, health and social services, and opportunities to succeed in school and life.
