STAY CONNECTED WITH WICKERSHAM
Please join us for “Tale”-Gating at the Stadium on Wednesday, October 21, at J.P. McCaskey Football Stadium, with activities planned for 5 to 8 p.m. This districtwide celebration will welcome students in PreK through grade 12 and their families for an evening of fall activities and family literacy fun.
“Tale”-Gating will follow a Trunk-or-Treat-style format, with families moving between reading stops hosted by our schools and community partners. Students will collect free books and participate in activities, while families explore resources and ideas to support reading at home. The evening will also feature food trucks and free hot dogs while supplies last. Plans include opportunities for student clubs and organizations to contribute games and interactive experiences that connect literacy with the excitement of a night at the stadium.
