STAY CONNECTED WITH JACKSON
Two Eagles favorites are coming to Lancaster! Brandon Graham and Brian Dawkins will join us for “Tale”-Gating at the McCaskey Stadium on Wednesday, October 21, from 5 to 8PM!
All Jackson students and their families are invited to celebrate reading with free books, fall activities and reading stops hosted by our schools and community partners. Food trucks will be available, along with free hot dogs while supplies last.
Admission is free, and each student may attend with up to two adults. Student wristbands will be required for entry, and they will be distributed in class. JACKSON families who come out can enter into a raffle at our trunk stop! Jackson’s theme is NFL zombies!
🧟♀️ 🧟♂️ You will get an extra raffle ticket if you represent the Philadelphia Eagles! Fans are fans forever, even if they become zombies!! 🧟

Principal's Message
Dr. Jazmin Torres / Jackson Middle School
It is very exciting to have the opportunity to serve as the Principal of Hazel I. Jackson Middle School. It is evident that the Jackson community has a strong foundation, and I am looking forward to building upon its strengths. My goal is to ensure that students receive a complex and rigorous curriculum while also ensuring safety as we work to meet the social and emotional needs of our student body.
I come to you with 21 years of experience in education, and I value teamwork, transparency, and growth. Middle school is marked as a period of transition in adolescent development. Serving students at this grade level provides us with a great opportunity to shape citizenship, build a sense of belonging, and increase academic excellence. I look forward to our partnership as we work to attain excellence for all of our students and ensure our staff members have the tools to secure their success.
