📚🍪 That's the way the Cookie Crumbles in Kindergarten! 🍪📚
Our kindergarteners enjoyed a special virtual read‑along with Jessica Shaw, the author of The Great Cookie Kerfluffle, bringing the story to life with laughter and excitement! This was a part of the Pennsylvania Department of Education's PA One Book initiative.
Afterward, students participated in a fun, hands‑on activity led by a representative from our own Lancaster Public Library, extending the story beyond the pages and into playful learning. We are also grateful for the donation of the book to our classroom library.
We love opportunities that connect students with authors and community partners while fostering a joy for reading. What a memorable day for our youngest readers! ✨📖
